The Artemis fits this slot better than the Harpoon does imo. The Harpoon can be very neutral whereas the Artemis can handle some torque and has enough fade for predictable flicks.
Marfan is mostly a cardiovascular issue. If you're not doing a lot of moderate to high cardio then you're not at much risk. Disc golf should be perfectly fine for someone with Marfan syndrome, depending on severity.
