Closed for renovations/construction

Winds throughout the owner's extensive back yard. Well maintained and varied with multiple tees on the longer holes and significant water in play on several holes. Also a ball golf course.

NH-16 to exit 18. Turn right off exit and continue for about .2 miles to a left on Applebee Rd. Continue on Applebee for 2.9 miles to a left on Western Ave. After .3 miles, Western Ave. turns slightly left and becomes Hopper Rd. In .5 miles keep left at the fork and continue for 3.1 miles to a right on Sam Page Rd. followed by a right on ME-109 S. Take the 1st right onto Sanborn Rd. and drive for about .8 miles to the course on the right.
