This is a temporary course installed annually by the Bull City Disc Club (Durham, NC) for a November PDGA event - The Matt Keatts Memorial at Forest Hills, formerly the Forest Hills Open.

The park is formerly a 9-hole executive golf course from the 1920s.

The format and layout has changed from year to year, but for the past 3 years, a 20-hole, 3-round layout has been utilized for the tournament, with minimal changes from 2016 to 2018.
