Tees can be hard to find, only a few are labeled. Holes are still in good shape.

Originally a temporary course installed annually by the Bull City Disc Club (Durham, NC) for a November PDGA event - The Matt Keatts Memorial at Forest Hills, formerly the Forest Hills Open.

The course is now a permanent 9 hole course sponsored by the Eno Tennis association. Most of the tees are unlabeled but some still have theirs. The course starts by the parking lot, winds south and then back north to finish back at the lot.

The park is formerly a 9-hole executive golf course from the 1920s.

The format and layout of the tournament has changed from year to year, but for the past 3 years, a 20-hole, 3-round layout has been utilized for the tournament, with minimal changes from 2016 to 2018.
