Kellogg Lake Park has a large scenic lake surrounded by an earthen dam. Adjacent to the lake is a 22-acre park that includes Kellogg Slough. A network of roads surrounds the lake and intersects the park area. Spring River flows along the southwestern border of the lake and under Highway 96.
