From Salem: Take OR-22 E for around 12 miles to exit 12 for Golf Club Rd toward Chemeketa/Santiam Center. Turn left (North) onto Golf Club Rd SE and then take the 1st right onto Sublimity Rd SE. Continue for 1.5 miles (road becomes Starr St after one mile). Turn right (South) onto NE Broadway St., go one block and turn left (East) onto E. Main St. Hole one tee is about 100 yards down on E. Main. The park is on the north side of E. Main.
