Tuthill Park is an inner-city attraction in the largest city of South Dakota. Its 18 hole disc golf course is often the course of choice for the South Dakota State Championships; and has a great reputation for the Sioux Falls Open. Free, quality disc golf with professionalism in mind.

17 of the holes are long cement teepads. Hole 18 is a shorter cement teepad that can add to the technical challenge of that drive through the trees.

Holes #1-3 feature large but sparse pines and hardwoods. Holes #4-5 require control down long, narrow fairways. Hole #6 is a long, downhill shot into the Big Sioux River Valley. Holes #7-8 test your short game. Holes #9-15 really open up and test your distance, with a couple challenges along the river. Push through uphill holes #16-17, leading you back to the top. Finish your round with technical hole #18.

Ed Yost pioneered the hot air balloon in Sioux Falls and was the first person ever to man a modern day balloon, with an onboard heat source, in 1960. During the summer, Tuthill is known for folks to fill up their hot-air balloons and take off at the bottom of the park, next to tee nine.
