The original 18-hole layout at Texarkana's oldest and most beautiful city park. Very well kept and maintained, with some elevation change and scattered trees on most holes. The course was later expanded to two courses, but the original layout stayed as the Central course. This course shares 12 holes with the West course and 6 with the East course.

Very well kept and maintained. Some elevation, lots of trees. Tee signs throughout and two dedicated putting baskets.
