Update

Bethel Park was closed Feb 5, 2024 to address flooding in the park & the course removed. According to Morganton Parks & Rec.: "At this point in time there is no plan to include disc golf back in the park after renovations are completed. The area of the park that the course is located now will be included in the flood easement. This will not allow the course to be located in any of those areas." However the city and local DG club B.A.D. (Burke Association of Disc golfers) are working together to holes 4 and 5 (wood holes) and keep hole 9 tee box in play somehow so players would be able to use those for practice.

A variety of terrain (including a creek) in a 15 acre park. Can be marshy for much of it. Tee pads are very small. After playing hole #3, tee #4 is at the edge of the woods near the bathroom. #9 tee is up toward the #6 tee. When teeing off there is a mando tree in front of the tee, throw to the right of the tree.
