Welcome to Alquina Blue Arrows Park. We're a 12 acre green space in rural Fayette County, Indiana. Our 18 hole disc golf course was installed by a local Boy Scout. We've now added signage and cement tee pads. While we only have 9 baskets, the course can be played as a full 18 hole path by following our map.

Fun little course.
Nice baskets.
Couple of interesting holes (eg hole 5 in the copse of trees)
Easy to play by simply circling park.
Appears to be little used park.

Need a map to play in intended sequence.
Course plays over playbrounds and walking trails.
2nd nine course played in reverse risks hitting or being hit by other players.
Bit remote for what it offers.

Ignore the course map. Play the holes as you see them. Eg: play hole 8 (the basket in the tree) as hole 3. This eliminates backtracking from hole 8 to play 9. It also avoids throwing over the playground. Also makes sense to start with hole 2 (again to avoid backtracing)

Nice surprise in a very little town. Plays on the side of a Large Hill around other park amenities. Mostly open with underbrush on a few holes.

Was back out to see if the work has been completed. Itlooks like it was.
Sadly, it started to rain and only got #1 played.
But, with the new course map and #1 tee sign I'm assuming all others upgrades have been done.

There's something new going on in this small hilltop park about 4 miles east of Connersville: a nine basket disc golf course is playable if you bring some imagination. Three to five of the white predator baskets are clearly visible as you enter the park, three more are to be found along the back, on the windward side of the hill, and there's one hidden in the downhill front corner by the wood line. The cool factor runs high with the basket in the middle of the park perched about 8 feet up in an old tree stump, accessible by a small ladder. Quite a challenging 'pin placement' atop the hill when it's windy.

Though there are freshly poured concrete tees (I counted five so far, as I tried out the course), without signage or a map, and with the basket fins (intended to point to 'next tees) pointing every which way (including out of the back corner of the park), right now, it's a safari disc golfer's dream setup: make up your own course. I did (see below).

I'll plan a re-visit once the course is listed here as finalized, with a map, hole distances, and course pictures loaded here on DGCR, and not just the three layouts (so far) available on UDisc (sorry: a pet peeve of mine). But I chose to start at the basket at the first corner of the parking lot, and threw in the direction of the fin to a basket about 230' down slope, and called it hole 1. Then from the driveway past that up to the elevated basket (hole 2, maybe 180'), and, following the fin, threw from the top parking area to the corner basket (3, 250'). Since there were two tee pads poured near there, and one pointed at the playground (and not a basket), I chose to make my hole 4 the other tee to the path-surrounded basket 350' west by the tree, and threw my hole 5 from the path maybe 280' down through the wooded grove to that basket. The 'bomber' hole was from the path along that side of the park, well over 400' over the slope and downhill to the least-visible basket (6), then used the tee pad closest to it to angle up the hill to the corner (7, 350') by the parking lot (noting another tee pad poured such that it 'addresses' the baseball field?). My hole 8 was between that basket and the lot, maybe 230' to the first basket as you enter the park (and there was another tee there staring back up the hill...). I finished throwing a little over 200' up to the corner where I began.

I wonder what the 'real' design will look like...

Just (9/12/22) saw the intended map. Sorry, can't raise the rating if this is the intended way to play the course. My safety first design philosophy goes against intentionally throwing over playgrounds (twice) or back into the face of players who may be playing the opposite direction. It may play safely when the park is deserted, but I've found out as an old curmudgeon that too many folks will not use common sense.
