Great looking pond on property that comes into play on several holes, along with elevation change on most holes.
New benches on several holes.
EDIT: New tees in, or going in, on all holes, some are longer, some shorter, and some just more difficult.
Practice basket has footage markings going out in four directions, a Marksman practice basket is also onsite.

Alternate tees would be nice on the water holes for this beginner friendly course. There is some disc loss potential on these holes, but that is less with the pond down the right of the fairway (think RHBH hyzers) and can be minimized by moving up the fairways.
After #5, you need to walk almost the entire length of #6 to reach the tee, grab a couple of water discs and leave your bag.

Nice small park in the middle of a middle class neighborhood. Listed as private, but open to public, even has a parking lot. I thought this was going to be a park on the side of the street park, but it looks like there use to be a neighborhood clubhouse, so plenty of parking is available.
Most of the course has scattered trees, of varying size, so there are no sharp turning holes, but there are usually a couple of paths to shape your shots around.
A nice downhill ace run on #4, a longer downhill #5 then a hyzer shot over the pond on #6 provide quite a bit of variety. The woods get a little tighter on #8 and finishes with a tough, semi tunnel to the 9th basket on a raised knoll. So after the first 3 are most open, with downhill and uphill holes, you get a little bit of everything here.
This is a good, beginner, family friendly course in the tourist destination of St. Augustine. I saw an experienced player there with his Dad and another teaching is son the game in the short time I was there. Would also be a good, quick course to play if you are in town visiting.
While I was pleasantly surprised with Aragon, being just 9 holes, single tee pads, and only one set of baskets (actually rare for this area of FL), I'm thinking the current rating of 3.5 is a little high. 3.25 feels just about perfect!
EDIT: While a most of the holes are beginner friendly, #6-#8 do offer disc loss potential. The addition of a second set of tees, mostly longer or tougher, make this a more challenging course, but still playable by most.
Hole #4 is now an "island" green, pavers embedded in the ground in circles around both basket positions, and some ornamental grass added as well.
Large parking lot has been paved, this course has been shown a lot of love.
With dual basket positions and dual tees, 3.5 now seems like the correct rating.

This park is pretty beginner friendly (with the exception of hole 6 and potentially 7). Has some nice open areas and also a couple holes with some trees. I like the course design and it flows very well. It was in a nice private neighborhood and is well kept. A lot of kids and other people were playing and it created a nice atmosphere. The disc catchers seemed to be new and we're well maintained. All the tees were nice concrete slabs too and even had a tiny broom if you wanted to sweep them yourself!

Hole 6 has a large water hazard and while this not a con -> retrieving your disc from the water is somewhat of a no no unless you're wearing rubber boots. I was warned by a local that water moccasin live in the lake, so taking the drop zone is not an awful idea. I think the fact that this course is also only 9 holes is a little bit of downfall.

The rating 3.5 isn't fully reflective of my opinion. If I was rating this like a restaurant it would easily get a 4 or 4.5. But if we say that 5 is the ultimate course then it definitely ranks as a 3.5 (maybe 4) in my opinion. If you're comparing it fairly to other 9 hole courses, this one is very worth checking out.
