Pros:
-This course has a nice variety of shots to make you try different routes.
-It has a few bigger wide open holes to open up on and some shorter more technical lines as well.
-College maintenance keeps the course well maintained.
-Wooden tee posts have been added to all tees to help with navigation.
-The course runs through the heart of Barclay college campus. Really gives you a close up look at the college and is quite beautiful compared to the surrounding area.
Cons:
-Holes 9 10 and 13 go through the middle of campus. Sometimes students like to set up hammocks or study at the picnic tables in these areas, so be mindful of them.
-There are a lot of sidewalks roads and parking lots in play.
-rooftops are possibilities on holes 2,3,6,7,12,13, and 16
Other Thoughts:
-16s tee and fairway can get VERY sloppy with a decent rain.
-there is a mando left of the first telephone pole on hole 12 to protect the women's dorm windows.
-The course layout has been altered with new holes added since the construction of the Fine Arts Building was constructed a few years back.
- Water fountain and bathrooms available in Hockett Auditorium at certain times.
