Pros:

There are many different types of throws needed for this course, though there is never any distance needed. Mostly a pitch and putt course.
It feels like this course is probably empty most of the time, which can be a pro if you want to get a bit of practice in without getting disturbed.
There is a nice feel to the course, a change from most of the other courses I have played. The course is between a lake and a bunch of grain elevators, which is a different setting than I have ever seen.
The tees are grass but marked with strips that tell what hole it is and where it goes and how long it is.
Good use of the space for the most part, as well as a very good use of trees as obstacles.

Cons:

There are a few cons about this course. One of the big ones for me is that holes 1 and 9 share a basket as well as holes 4 and 6. This made navigation kind of a nightmare for me, as I have never played to a hole twice before.
Another big con for me was the lack of distance of any of the shots. The have a large open field that you shoot across for three different holes and yet none of them are very long.
The fairways are not set up in a very smart fashion, as seen in other thoughts.
The baskets also only have one set of chains which is not ideal for catching discs.
Also on a side note, the field does not drain all that well, so it could be wet.

Other Thoughts:

Hole 1: Starts out near the road and throws across the "parking lot?" The only obstacles to deal with is one tree that is slightly in front and to the right of the basket. Mind discs flying at you from tee nine as well when putting. Facing the basket with your back to the tee, turn right and walk up the hill to tee 2.
Hole 2: Throws down a small hill across hole ones fairway to a hole in an open field. Only obstacles are some branches that hang down so you have a 15 foot gap to shoot out of, otherwise wide open. After hole 2, walk straight to tee 3.
Hole 3: Open field shot. Nothing in the way at all. Not a long shot by any means. Watch out for discs that overshoot hole 2 when teeing off. Walk straight to tee 4.
Hole 4: Slightly downhill shot with not much in the way until you get close to the basket, then there are a bunch of overhanging branches. Otherwise a clear shot. Walk straight to tee 5.
Hole 5: Finally some obstacles. Short uphill hyzer shot but a few trees in the way. Errant discs from either hole 4 or hole 6 could hit you. Turn right and walk 20 feet to tee 6.
Hole 6: Shoot back at hole 4 basket. Nice short downhill anhyzer shot with trees forcing you a bit left. The tee for 7 is straight up the hill a little ways.
Hole 7: Shoot down the hill to the basket that is in the middle of the sand. Trees restrict you to either going way right or way left. Not a long shot but a bit tricky due to the trees. Tee 8 is behind you.
Hole 8: An uphill short hyzer shot with some low hanging branches that force you to go pretty low. Tee for 9 on your right.
Hole 9: Shoot back towards hole 1. Short anhyzer shot down the hill. Watch for shots from the first hole.
