You're in it for the long haul here (if playing to one of the par 5 pins). Because this hole is so long, making sure you get significant distance is important. Staying extra-far away from the woods on the right side is essential.
At the bottom of the hill, the left side is a better place to be than the right, since the right is farther down the hill, in some weeds, and will offer harder upshots to all three pin positions.
To get all the way to the basket in one (either pin placement), you'll need to throw a RHBH/LHFH hyzer around the right. To lay up, throw short and left of the big tree if playing to the short left pin, and throw to the right of the big tree if playing to the long pin.
On your first shot, hanging it out right is the safest play, possibly even a RHBH/LHFH hyzer over the trees on the far right. The left side trees are thicker, and slope down the hill.
If you're going to one of the two par 4 pins, you want your drive finishing right, so a RHFH/LHBH that turns left around the tree at the bottom of the hill and finishes right is best. This is because at the top of the hill around the short pin, there are fewer trees on the right. Once past those trees, it's pretty open. Be warned, though - both long pins are on little mounds of dirt, so be careful on your putts.
It's okay to hang it out wide right here, regardless of which pin you're playing to. Unless you're going for birdie on the short pin, the right side is more open. Don't be tempted by a left route that climbs the hill earlier - it's not a good idea.
Pick a gap off the tee and commit. The widest gap is the one to the far right, and is probably the best as it also avoids the weeds at the bottom of the hill. On the upshot, be careful - the longer two pins are both on steep hillsides, so errant shots are punished.
The safest option, and the best option on most pins, is to play your drive up and to the left. Don't worry about the road; it probably won't come into play. Being left off the tee will let you see all the pins on your second or third shot, and gets you away from the rough on the right.
Get past the first row of trees and as far up the hill as you can get off the tee. The upshot is really hard because the hill is so steep, so you'll need all the distance you can get.
