Pros:

Disclaimer: I've only been here once, so there is a possibility that the course could improve over time. However, it doesn't seem like it will ever get a whole lot of care.

As the course page states, you'll be throwing some downhill shots and a mix of open and wooded.

It's nice that there's at least another course in this park or else you would be completely wasting your time just to stop for this one.

Cons:

One of the poor aspects of the course is getting there in the first place. It's a 15 minute uphill hike to get to the start of the course. I'm in good shape, but it's a pretty steep incline to get to the top.

That wouldn't be so bad if the course had something decent to offer. However, when I played there were multiple baskets that were missing and the grass was knee high throughout most of the course. Some of the baskets that are there had tall grass and weeds growing through them.

Some of the tee signs and wooden tee markers aren't there, making it tough to find where to throw from.

Other Thoughts:

If you want to give this course a try or at least mark it off as played, go up into the woods near hole 3 of the Big Buckeye course and begin your climb.

A short hike in the woods 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 25, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

Challenging, diverse holes.
Most baskets are in good repair
Fun first hole

Cons:

Natural tee pads can be hard to find with some of the planks of wood missing.
Some tee signs are missing
Some baskets are missing
Fairways are not upkept, especially hole 4. (I literally teed off from a knee because of how low the ceiling was)
Course doesn't end where it begins.
Huge hike to get to hole 1
Hole 4's basest is currently being overwhelmed by weeds

Other Thoughts:

This course has potential, but clearly no one is keeping up with it currently and quite frankly I think it should probably be pulled. Hole 6, while a neat shot, is just outright dangerous to traverse (and I don't say this lightly).
