Pros:

Challenging Holes
Great baskets (El Gaupo)
Good variety with many technical shots and elevation changes

Cons:

Dirt Tee Pads - Plans for Concrete
No Course markings

Other Thoughts:

Hole #8 Very challenging shot down access road to pond, Densely wooded trouble on both sides of road, A Joy if you shoot the gap.
