Pros:

+Nice baskets
+Tees are at least marked
+Nice, church grounds that appear to be well taken care of.
+Course should be playable at all times. I played during Sunday service and no parking got in the way. I felt welcome as a random dude playing disc golf. No dirty looks or anything.
+Shouldn't lose a disc here.
+Some rolling hills to keep things a little more interesting.
+Playable by beginners and beyond. Beginners will just take more shots on the longer holes. 3 holes over 400 and a good variety of length.

Cons:

-Natural tees. Hopefully they put some concrete in at some point.
-No signage beyond a hole number.
-Biggest con: very few trees on the whole course and most of the ones that are there are shorter coniferous trees that might never grow into anything tall enough. They should plant more fast growing trees now that will eventually add challenge and variety to this course. Or they could use the wooded area on the south side of the lot. I assume that it is theirs.
-Just throw big hyzers all day. It will be open and will probably be windy. Long hyzers with overstable discs will be your best bet. Not a lot of variety in throws required here.

Other Thoughts:

+I tried hard to like this course. It was just so open. Fine for field practice but overall, a very low fun factor for me.
+This course is quick to get to off the highway and can be a pretty quick play. Good for course baggers.
+Overall, I probably wouldn't stop here unless you are a big arm with low accuracy. You might enjoy it here.
+If they plant some fast growing trees, put concrete tees, and half-decent signs, then this could be a reasonable course.
+First tee is at the SW side of the parking lot then you throw towards the garage like building near the church.
