Pros:

-This course is one of the best courses to teach disc golf to beginners/kids(except for hole #5) as the holes are rather short and have few obstacles to navigate around.
Yet the layout ist pretty good as the baskets are placed nicely inside the park and some trees come into play. Playing with walkways OB is a way to make it a bit challenging for advanced players.

- Holes #4 and especially #5 are the most fun holes for advanced players and the most difficult ones for beginners as the fairway runs along the river "Ruhr" with few chances to get your discs back if you fail. #5 is a (not really)
Par 4 with good chances to eagle if you have the distance and the only hole where i throw a driver.

-The small/tiny public park is very nice and usually well maintained.

-Teesigns are very good. A coursemap is right at the entrance of the paerk and a additional basket for putting is onsite.

Cons:

-Sadly there are no real tees but even worse are the chains of the baskets. The chain links are very small and heavier than any i have ever played on and tend to spit out your discs more often.

-As it is a public park, the terrain is used by other people and many tend to walk their dog here. Watch for piles.

-Sadly there is no real need of a driver or mid for advanced players.

Other Thoughts:

I would call this one my "home-course" as it is the closest from where i live and became my most played one within a couple of months.

Here, advanced players can work on their approach and putting, while others can discover Disc Golf.

Not worth a long drive but still worth to have.
