Pros:

Dillehay Park was a "pit stop" course during my travels. It is located in a small multi-use park that has baseball diamonds, basketball courts, and a playground. The course is beginner friendly with most holes facing one or two obstacles between the tee and the pin with little punishment for bad throws.

There are lots of ace runs on the course, so I emptied my bag on a lot of the holes. But if I needed a speedy round, I could probably have completed the course in less than thirty minutes.

One of the holes in the middle of the round (maybe hole six) was quite fun. It was 350-400 ft with an "island pin" surrounded by gravel path. The thrower could either lay up on the tee's side of the path, or go for it!

Cons:

The course needs additional equipment such as tee-signs and pads of some kind. Right now tees are marked by a post.

Navigation was a little tricky with no signs or anything pointing the way to go. Fairways cross frequently throughout the round.

High risk of other features of the park coming in to play. Throws go over/towards parking lots and paths routinely. The tee shots of the last two holes are aimed directly towards a gazebo and a ball diamond.

Other Thoughts:

I had the park to myself during my Thursday visit in January. I think this course would be a nightmare to play on a Saturday in July, as the park will likely be buzzing, and even a small increase in the number of disc golfers on the course would create safety concerns.
