Description
A well maintained course with a variety of lightly-wooded and open holes. Located next to the historic Maryland Zoo, the course is dominated by mature oaks and other hardwoods, occupying land formerly used as an arboretum. In addition to the extensive varieties of flora spanning the course, a historic family cemetery where a revolutionary war hero is buried is adjacent to holes one and two. The "Three Sister" ponds, which are slated for refurbishment, are adjacent to several of the holes. The course features rolling elevation changes with multiple pin positions and two concrete tee pads (amateur and pro) on each of the main 18 holes. Nearly 150 trees have been added to the course since 2007.

From North: I-695 to I-83S to Cold Spring Lane West; left on Greenspring Avenue. Follow into Druid Hill Park, course is on left, as is parking. From South: I-95 to 395 (MLK Blvd.), go 8-10 lights to left on McCullough, follow to end, merge, follow signs to Baltimore Zoo, parking past reptile house on right. There is a parking nearer to the Zoo, but most people do not park there. The better way to get in is follow 129/Swan (the road that McCullough merged with) and turn into the park via Greenspring Ave. Follow Greenspring across Beechwood and you will soon see a road that branches to the right and the disc golf course. Most people simply park along this road after you turn off Greenspring.
