Pros:
Private course on a beautiful 10 acre property in Pagosa Springs, CO.
Dual Tees, nice natural pads, variety of shots required to score
Lots of Elevation changes, a signature Par 4, quality baskets
Great scenery, open enough to let your discs fly, great mix of long and short holes - big arms can let it rip on a few and noodle arms will still be able to score well
