Pros:
- break from deep woods while still requiring plenty of technicality
- property line, golf greens and sand traps provide a great challenge without much artificial OB
- balance of long two-shot holes and putter-mid par 3's
- amazing golf landscape - big skips, unreal roller distance, and easy to walk
Cons:
- can get choppy when golf course is busy maneuvering with ball golfers (who have the first right of way)
- physically challenging due to length and elevation
- off the fairways can be rough with thorns/thick brush
