Pros:
- Frank DGC is a passable niner in a small community park. The multi-use park has walking trails, a small pavilion, a playground, and port-a-john/bathrooms (depending on seasonal availability).
- Hole #s 1-5 are to the right of the entrance road. Cross the road to find hole #s 6-9. The first hole has a small sign from some other disc golf website, and the hole number. The rest of the "signs" are simply wooden posts with the hole number only.
- Tees are a mix of sidewalks and natural grass. Everything was in fine enough condition, but the natural tees are already getting worn in a bit. The targets are a bit wobbly-basketed, but they look to be extras cobbled together from another course (because #7's basket is labelled "11" & #8's basket is labelled "17") so I'm not complaining much. This course is a fine use of some extra old baskets.
- Hole #s 1 and 4 offer some tight lines off the tee which are pretty legit. #7 is the longest, probably around 375-390'-ish, but it's hard to say without distances listed on the signs.
- Navigation was pretty easy with a decent, intuitive layout.
- Not much elevation to speak of. Course is flat, with #5's tee taking advantage of the one miniscule wrinkle of up-hilliness.

Cons:
- Conflicts with other park activities: shares space with walking paths, and if cars are parked alongside the entrance road, then it's easy to get near them on hole #s 5 & 9. Compounding the safety issues, the playground comes a bit too close for comfort to the right side of #6's fairway. Hole #7 seems to encourage throwing directly over the back parking lot diagonally.
Other Thoughts:
- First hole is basically across the road from the pavilion.
- Nice little semi-wooded park near some crazy commercial areas, might offer a quick respite if shopping nearby on Grape Road.
- Despite some of the drawbacks, such as lack of amenities and some safety concerns, this course has some reasonably fun shots, and offers a good beginner's level niner to the area.
- Avoid if/when the park is crowded.
- Nice little semi-wooded park near some crazy commercial areas, might offer a quick respite if shopping nearby on Grape Road.
- Despite some of the drawbacks, such as lack of amenities and some safety concerns, this course has some reasonably fun shots, and offers a good beginner's level niner to the area.
- Avoid if/when the park is crowded.
