Pros:

- good quality veteran baskets with navigation arrows and numbers on them
- good quality tee signs
- good variety of distances, ranging from 240' to over 500'
- good variety of obstacles created by the large trees in the park
- very nice park, well maintained
- quick play course right off I-80

Cons:

- no designated tee pads, you just throw from the grass next to the tee pad
- some safety concerns at hole one and maybe on some of the tucked in holes towards the back of the course

Other Thoughts:

If concrete tees were installed on this course, it would easily be a 3.5.

City park course with potential to improve 2+ years

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Aug 20, 2020 Played the course:once

Pros:

A compact course that winds through a well maintained city park. It's located right off the main road so it's easily accessible. Mature, low ceiling trees serve as the main obstacles. Several long par 3s (~350). Nice Dynamic baskets are used. The hole sign info includes par and distance. The rough is minimal so there's little chance to lose plastic.

Cons:

The course needs garbage cans, seating, improved hole signs and "next tee" signs. It could be much more interesting if the designers get creative- hanging basket, adding rocks, adding elevated baskets, more trees, etc. A course map would be helpful as I played to the wrong basket on one occasion.

Other Thoughts:

No signature holes here but still a decent, low traffic course to practice your short game.
