Take 64 East from Raleigh. Note that this is 64E Business, also called New Bern Aven when it crosses 440. Do not confuse it with 64/264E that is close by and also crosses 440. 1st right after Neuse River bridge on Westover Dr, 1st right on Allison Dr, right on Milburnie, immediate left into parking lot. 1st tee is left of the building.
