Pros:
Very Decent HOA course built in a new build community, Sans 2017. A GRASS course, in the East Valley, that is built in a rather large greenspace. Not much worry about losing discs, unless you throw a Crazy, errant throw. Rather Wide greenspace, for the Valley, in Central Arizona. Very discernable OB lines. The constant rolling hills make you feel like you get a bit of elevation on some holes, especially the par 4's. This course does use Multiple baskets repeatedly to make 18 holes. Still, some fun lines and Different than most courses, around here. Some technical lines on this course, Actually. Also, Benches are available every few holes, if not more. You always seem to have a place to Relax, on this course.
Cons:
This course has a couple different residential sidewalks that wander through the course. You NEED to be on the look out for folks walking their dogs, or just walking. If you Cannot see the basket, you need to jump ahead and LOOK before you throw. Also, NO Practice Baskets. Seems silly, but it took a few holes to get into my putting stroke with Zero warm up. Use hole 1 basket, or do without.
Other Thoughts:
This is a Great addition to the East Valley. It adds something that we don't usually get down here. That is Great. The false sense of Elevation, and the basket placements make it a bit more FUN/challenging than other courses in the area.
