Heartland happiness! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 28, 2020 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Nice level concrete tee pads with Red or Blue markings. Nice, easy to read signs at the Blue pads. Brand new, nice orange Prodigy baskets look and catch great! Nice hill to throw off of adn a small pond that plays on three holes makes things fun and interesting. This course is a converted farm field, seeded with grass and flowers and some small trees. Looks great for being such a young course! Short pads offer new players a fun round, longer pads give more experienced players plenty of ace and birdy runs! A really cool 3-way mando "gate" on one hole. Nice benches on the long tee pads. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Cons:

It was a bean field. Grass, flowers dozens of Giant Arborvitae and some trees have been planted, but the course still needs more vegetation. It's a project.

Other Thoughts:

Great starter course for Tipton County. Easy to play for beginners and 1-2 disc fun for more experienced players. Solid tees, signs and baskets. Good use of available land, trees and water!

Great use of land 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 28, 2020 Played the course:once

Pros:

Great use of the land features. Interesting holes around the pond. A few shallow ravine holes, and a great hill shot. The artificial triple mando looks cheesy at first, but it actually turned out to be a lot of fun.

Cons:

Turf is rough and weedy. Soil is visible. Discs get muddy, and don\'t count on much post landing tumbling/ rolling (if you count on that in your shot)

Other Thoughts:

Could easily play 2 laps around this course-- long tees and short tees. Both offer different looks on the baskets, so it would not feel repetitive.
