Pros:
Short course, great to stretch your legs/body if you find yourself driving through the middle of nowhere Nevada.
As stated before, the only course within a 100 miles of anything, including another city...
Park has other features, such as a tennis court, bmx/skate ramps, basketball hoops and a backstop that doubles as a DG obstacle or could be used in the traditional fashion for baseball/softball/kickball.
TEE PAD for hole #5 is on the top of the mound next to hole #4 basket. Tee pad, like others if buried under tall grass. The rest of the course is described well by the previous reviewer.
TEE PAD #1 is in the grass just next to the parking lot and the basket is not visible from the there. You must shoot around the trees to get a sight of the basket. The rest of the course skirt the perimeter of the park, with tee pad markings painted on the pathway or sidewalk.
Cons:
The holes that have the tee pad marked in the middle of the grass are tough to spot, just look for a small blank spot near the last basket.
Not playable with other activities going on.
Other Thoughts:
Pars are ridiculous. All should be par three, and played as such.
After a round or three at the DG course, stop in at the Tonopah Brewery/Tap House. The BBQ is awesome and the beer is great.
