Pros:
- good quality tee signs
- decent baskets
- good use of the elevation
- good hole design with the mandos making you throw some interesting lines
Cons:
- no tee pads, people just throw from next to the tee signs
- hole 1 tee sign missing
- property just doesn't offer much other than the elevation change
Other Thoughts:
The course plays through some scrub oak areas and with a bit of elevation with a few mandos thrown in.

Pros:
Excellent signage and baskets.
Mandos make it interesting.
Terrain and elevation make it fun.
Challenging at times for a 9 hole course.
Cons:
Hole 1 is right next to the tennis courts
Hard to find correct baskets first time around
Many holes play over others
Other Thoughts:
Hope to play it when no one else is around and there won't be any issues with throwing over people.
Plan to go around twice as the 2nd time you will know the route and baskets.
