Pros:
3 real baskets, mowed grass, amenities nearby, variety of places to throw from, dedicated space, plenty of parking, and a place to ditch your kids within sight.
Cons:
It's not a course.
Other Thoughts:
OK, 4 discs for a practice area? Well, that's relative to other practice areas. For a practice area, I can't think of what else you could want. The baskets are on mowed grass, but close enough to woods to lose a disc if you feel like throwing from certain directions. Much elevation, a tunnel shot (in or out, your choice), and places you could go back really far from the baskets and throw hard.
You could play an interesting 18 made-up holes at these three baskets.
Pro tip: drive past the busy play area parking lot and park in the empty Woodcrest lot. The basket are uphill on the right.
