Pros:

If you have to ask - you'll never know.
If you like 27 epic holes on a huge private cattle ranch.
If you like turf tee pads, tee signs, and baskets
If you like excellent course design and scenic beauty.
If you like risk and reward par 3, 4, and 5's.
If you like playing massive elevation and ponds.
If you like to watch your discs soar forever.
If you like portapotties and camping.
If you like nice people that open their home up.

Cons:

If you have to nitpick...
If you don't like temporary courses in the middle of nowhere.
If you don't like to hike, long holes, and long rounds.
If you don't like to risk losing a disc.
If you even notice the cow pies.

Other Thoughts:

Eeny Meeny Miny Moe - Catch a Tiger by the Toe - Iffy Hollers Let Him Go. Iffy Hollers is the most insane course I've played, but in a good masochistic way. The closest course comparison I've played is Hawk Hollow, but everything is scaled up with almost double the elevation, double the pleasure, double the fun, and double the trouble. I thought Black Jack had the most top of the world shots, but Iffy has a few more. After playing one round at Iffy my body felt like I played HH and BJ back to back - holy crap!

I played here on Friday the 13th and Iffy Hollers surely delivered on the terror with the par 4 666' Devil's Backbone and the Quarter Mile uphill hole that leads to the eerie cow man protecting the basket among a few holes to mention. Nearly every hole is memorable and could be a signature hole. Iffy had already made my favorites lists by the 3rd hole and got even better and I'd put it in my top 5 any day. The course had been renumbered and changed a little from previous layouts, so I'm not sure mentioning holes by numbers will mean much in this review as they might change again.

One guy I met in the parking lot said he didn't know who was crazier, me for not knowing what I was about to get myself into, or him for coming back again for more punishment - lol. I now understand what he was talking about and if I am so lucky enough to get the opportunity to play Iffy again I might say the same thing. Iffy Hollers was my 200th course played and what a milestone course it was to play. If you get the opportunity I highly recommend it, and if you come prepared for something so epic it hurts!

Pros:

Owners and their DG family

27 Iffy Holes

Incredible design

True Par 4 and 5 Holes!!!!!

Iffy has every type of Hole: 200ft to a Quarter Mile, playing in and out of woods

Unrelenting challenges, hole after hole after hole

All the Steep Hills you'll ever want (see cons :p)

Top of the World Shots

Plenty of Water Hazards

The Pop's Pond Holes

The Barn Hole and it's Hanging Basket

Tree Variety: Hardwoods and Conifers (Walnuts going Blitzkrieg on my Tent!)

Iffy Express Bus

Hugo the Cowdog

Cons:

Hole 25 has Oblivion to the Left of the fairway. I'll never see that Disc again :(

Seriously serious Hills that can finish rounds prematurely. Expect a 5 hour round, bring plenty of hydration

Other Thoughts:

Baskets are provided by Nashville Disc Golf Store, Thanks Shawn! NDGS also provides the Temporary Teesigns, that help aid navigation on this course a ton.

I'm indifferent to TeePads... Iffy has Natural Tees

They have a Spring Singles Tourney and a Fall Doubles Tournament. Check Iffy out, for realness

Pros:

Everything I want in a disc golf course!
Every type of hole you could dream of.
Just completing a round gives you a sense of accomplishment..views on the way are just a bonus.

Cons:

You could nitpick about course conditions but they are part of its character, and are completely overshadowed by the overall quality.

Other Thoughts:

The short plain Jane holes have been replaced with awesome par 4s

Pros:

Thos course has a little of everything, from extreme downhill shots to the craziest uphill hole, " The Worst Hole Ever"!! The most amazing scenery I've ever seen. Along with the most hospitable host you can find! There is so many signature holes out there I don't know where to start. I must mention the 666 foot hole "The Devils Backbone"! It lies upon a steep ridge that you better stay on top of! This course challenges all your skills and then some!

Cons:

Can't think of much. It's a temporary course on a 750 acre cattle ranch. There's plenty of cow crap everywhere but after you get there it's easy to overlook that when you throwing and reaching a 500 foot hole when you can only throw 350 on flat ground!
