Pros:

+Excellent tee signs. Full color and all the info needed to navigate this course well. The hole maps were accurate and easy to read. Next tees were noted on the map as well so pay attention to that.
+Nice concrete pads. Adequate sized and nicely textured.
+Nice baskets, all in good shape.
+Good variety in length. Some shorter holes in the 150-200' range and some over 300' including one over 600'.
+A net on a hole near the creek to aid in disc retrieval.
+First half of the course was pretty wooded and the back half was more open. Good variety. The course felt fair to left vs right handed throwers as well.
+The area is in a rolling hilly area near a creek. Good use of the elevation to create elevated tees, fast greens, blind holes.
+The course is scenic and peaceful. The bike path near the first 4 holes is the only other park amenity here.

Cons:

-This course is very new so this may work itself out eventually but... Some of the lines are a bit tight for my liking. Like poke and pray that you get lucky. Lines might break in over time.
-Could lose a disc in a few places. There's lots of tall grass lining the fairways and the creek banks can hide discs. There were two discs on top of hole 3 basket that were probably found near the creek.
-Some of the holes were even a bit too short for my liking. Many in the 150-200 range. Besides hole 3, there's nothing long until hole 12. Maybe some alternate tees or pin positions could be installed to lengthen the course a bit.
-A few safety issues with the bike path. Hole 3 throws right down the path for most of the hole before going left into the woods. A cyclist could come towards you without being seen until it's too late. Hole 4 also throws across the path but that's less dangerous.
-The variety of this course is in such stark contrast. The early holes are almost too tight and the last holes are almost too open. If only a few of the trees couldn't be transplanted onto the last section.
-Lots of good holes but maybe missing a true signature hole. It was fun but nothing blew me out of the water. That is one thing that could propel this course into a 4 rating.

Other Thoughts:

+I last played disc golf in Jackson 10 years ago. It was a poor course with a small budget and average design. The mosquitoes were as big as Robins and I lost a beautiful Champ Firebird. This was a much better experience.
+This course is good. It is more polished than I expected being so new. I think that it can continue to improve even more.
+This course had a high fun factor for me. It is definitely worth a stop if you are cruising by on I-90.

Variety of technical, finesse, and long bomber shots required to tackle this course of rolling hills, water crossings, and challenges. Located near a bike path, community college, and just outside of town; close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores, and several other 18 hole course nearby.

Cons:
