It's difficult to get much distance off the tee here. A roller, possibly forehand roller may look appealing, but with the low ceiling and pinecones usually on the ground, it won't work so well. Take an air shot, keep it low, and get some skip.

With the fairway sloping so hard to either side, if you want an open look, you'll have to make sure your upshot either doesn't have a lot of speed or lands with plenty of room to skip before going down the hill. You could be close to the basket but unable to see it.

There's one spot where the fairway is narrow between the path and the lake (though the lake is often dry). Either put your first shot before it or after it, no matter what pin you're going to.

If you're playing to the long pin, there's one tree just past the short pin that will get in your way. Try to position your first one or two shots to avoid it so you can dive into the woods after that.

Throw something that goes left, because that will climb the hill faster and get you closer to the pin, especially the long pin. Going too far left is better than too far right.

On the long pin, it's really difficult to see the pin, but it's not a hard hole to reach as long as you throw over the bushes at the top of the hill.

On the long pin, you probably want to be to the right off the tee. Being at the top of the hill near the short pin is a good place to be, but not the hillside to the left.
