Pros:
18 holes with Prodigy baskets, mostly in fair condition (1-2 in good condition). Course plays around the perimeter of a large county owned/maintained park with a solid mix of forehand/backhand holes, a few shorter holes mixed with longer holes, and a couple of bomb par 3's and a 4. The lake comes into play on 2 holes, and they're the two best holes on the course. Mostly open, but a few holes are tightly wooded.
Cons:
When the only two hills on the course go down to a lake or are pile of dirt, you know it's flat. Then again, it's Florida. The tee pads, rubber, are in bad condition on many holes. Some are to the point where you'd be better off teeing on the grass behind/next to it. No signage other than a few holes, and it is hard to see a distance on almost all of them. (UDisc is fairly accurate). Heavy rain will flood out the wooded holes on the back third of the course, and when in use, the baseball field has a parking lot that will make 17 and 18 dangerous. A little TLC on the tee areas would be a great start.
Other Thoughts:
I remember playing a tournament in the summer of either '17 or '18 where it was 98 degrees, but still thought the place had super potential. Fast forward these last few years, I felt just a bit let down. Again, not a destination course, but there is enough playability between the few ace runs and those great lake holes (7 & 10) that it's worth a play.
