Pros:
+5 nice baskets.
+Park/area was well mowed and maintained. Easy to find the park and ample parking.
+Good place to practice throwing or for beginners to learn the game. Not many places to lose discs although there was a bit of long grass near the tracks and some trees and bushes that could hang a disc up.
+Course would likely never be busy
Cons:
-Really hard to figure out where to throw from. There were a few posts here and there but some were clearly for the railroad or indicated underground utilities.
-Natural tees.
-No signage
-Just 5 baskets stuck in the fringes of the park next to the railroad tracks.
-Quite flat. Just a few feet of elevation change up to the railroad grade.
Other Thoughts:
+If they had some signage/better marked tee areas, they could have some nice holes. They had a tunnel like shot and some good trees to work with. If they had marked tees and rudimentary signage, this place could probably get up to a 2.0 discs.
+This is one of those courses that was tossed in with a low budget and was never really completed. Courses need marked tees in almost every instance.
+This course goes really well with the two in Olivia, just down the road. A very quick 3 courses to bag to boost the course count.
