Pros:
Signage and waypoints to next hole at basket. Mix of uphill and downhill fairways with little interference from other players. Easy to navigate since baskets point to next tee.
Cons:
Rocky landscape with a limited amount of safe pathways (You'll start to notice this at hole 4 onward and will need to be able to navigate the terrain). No OBs and tight fairways, so most holes favor a strong drive and putts are straightforward with limited interference from trees (repetitive). No trash cans or benches at holes, but there is a rest stop near hole 7.
Other Thoughts:
Overall, the course is well designed and different since terrain is the main challenge. It can be windy, but it wasn't really a factor; I played the course on windy and wet conditions. There weren't any OBs and tight fairways, so if you like to drive then go for it. The tees and baskets are really good, but most holes demand good stand still throws. Rollers are pretty much out of the question because of rocks and long grass on most holes around 200m. The course is more exercise and less fun, and it can be straightforward without any difficult angles or lines to baskets. I would not play the course again, but I would recommend it. The course would benefit from having some safe pathways marked with mulch or just more use by players (the course map does recommend a route for beginners and families). For a good 9-hole game consider holes 1-3, 5-10.
