Charles Fork Rd is approximately 2 miles south of Spencer on WV Rt. 36. Travel up Charles Fork Rd to the lake/dam and park at the boat ramp area.
The disc golf course is denoted with a large kiosk visible from the parking lot. Hole #1 is just above the kiosk.
