beginners course in a little town 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 24, 2021 Played the course:once

Pros:

Baskets are nice and numbered easy to find maps in both of the parking lot

Cons:

Very flat and they avoided all the trees no tee pads

Other Thoughts:

If you're just learning this would be a good course they should have used more of the trees and even the one foot Hill I also think some spray paint on the path to Mark tee pads would be nice

Not worth the time 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:May 17, 2021 Played the course:once

Pros:

Has baskets
Baskets have numbers that are easy to see
Small town, very small town

Cons:

No tee's, you play basket to basket.
Hole 2 has a pavilion you literally throw at.
Throws across a walking path

Other Thoughts:

Small town wants to add disc golf so they purchase 9 baskets and throw them into a very small park.

There is a small parking area on the south side of the park where hole #1 is, however the map of where the baskets are is in the edge of the other parking lot to the north next to basket #4.

That makes so much sense.

There is a post saying "Disc Golf Starts Here" for hole one, then I assume your just suppose to play basket to basket after that. now someone has designed longer holes and mapped it on UDisc, but I don't think that is what the course designer envisioned.

This would be a decent course to introduce new players or take the kids out to the park. But it is not challenging other than playing in that West Texas wind.

Would I play here again? Nope, no reason to, already bagged it. To be honest, drive the extra hour to a decent course if you want to take a break on a long drive. This course is not worth a stop.
