The first course on Forestry Commission land is a technical 9 hole course designed for beginners but with experienced players in mind.
The first tee is just below the visitor center which sees 1 million visitors a year and this is a test course for the Forestry Commission to test popularity. Go and let them know you'd like to see more and longer after playing!
