I do this from my phone so be kind on spelling errors...
+ First of all it is one of very very few courses around which makes it unique in this area
+ The park was very well maintained, grass was cut and cleared
+ Nice surroundings, it's not in a ghetto by any means, there are a few more expensive looking houses around. The small lake at the 9th looks pretty cool

- The course is very short, just one hole over 100 m
- Either the holes are wide open or on some holes you dont have ANY line at all
- Playing multiple rounds isnt nice. The 9th is right on the other end than the 1st so you walk back like 500 m. one reason why I didnt play a 2nd round
- For beginners the holes are quite tight sometimes concerning private property alongsinde some holes

The park is quite nice, it just seems like someone designed the course who doesnt have too much experience (no offense). Most holes can be played with a putter and some really dont have a line. And I mean NO line ecxept a 300' shot 5' over the ground or the huge spike hyzer. I played there during my holidays with my dad who had never played before and he liked the park but nearly threw into private property twice and into watertwice as well. the tees are marked also with a next tee marking on the previous basket so finding the tees was quite easy.
I think they could have done a little more with the holes, some more technical shot shapes maybe...
