Honestly, I'm having a difficult time listing pros.
The idea of the layout is nice.
It was recently mowed so the weeds werent bad.
someone has put a lot of effort to make it and I respect that.

This is the epitome of a "homemade" course.
No tee signs
No numbered baskets
tee pads are dirt or grass marked by either a flag and garden light a wooden steak.
stumps galore. Watch your every step.
Baskets were mostly parts thrown together. Mostly homemade baskets. Granted there were a few new baskets with single set of chains.
I did not play 18 holes. Following the paths I only play about 12. So if there even is a full 18 they are very well hidden. I looked for them for a while. There were 2 baskets for hole 1 but that was it.

Overall it's a nice idea but not nearly up to standards for me to have fun. I stubbed my toes 1000 times on stumps not properly cleared and had such a hard time following the course because of the lack of signs. Even paper laminated signs would be better than nothing.
