Pros:
Fun 9 hole layout.
Easy and quick play.
Private.
Great place to work on your short game.

Cons:
Homemade baskets don't catch we'll. BUT this is to be expected. This course is for Rory. It's not meant to be a championship course. Is a pitch and putt.
Muddy and could be swampy with lots of rain. Seems to be the frequent result for this area when it rains.

Other Thoughts:
Love the in ground hole. This course is still be refined and manicured. It has lots of potential win a few tweaks here and there.
Favorite holes: 3 with in ground basket. 6 although Rory needs to remove one tree to make it great! 8 has a great S line. 9 is a great long finishing hole.
