Pros:
I'd love to write a review for the conference center. It's totally cool looking with this fantastic, inviting looking pool, great looking cabins and a sensational looking challenge course up above the cabins. The disc golf course pales in comparison.
The disc course plays in the woods out past the softball fields fences. There are four Discatchers scattered through the woods. There are some tee pads but they're kinda hard to locate. They're just small rocks and branches arranged in a U pattern.
If I had to pick a Signature out of the four holes I couldn't necessarily locate, I'd choose # 4. It looks to be about a 200' fading shot through the small trees. There is kind of a natural fairway here
Hardly qualifies as a course. There are four baskets and some pads of a sort. Safari would probably work best here.
Cons:
No signs.
Tiny distances.
Rustic tee pads.
Miles from civilization.
Definitely a three season course. Not designed for wintry consumption.
Other Thoughts:
Unless you're fortunate enough to be attending some kind of a conference, it's not going to be worth your time, unless of course, you are a serious course bagger, and even then, I recommend not bagging this course on a January day with the temperature hovering around 40 degrees with pouring rain and the wind howling. I won't dry out for several days and I have nominated myself to be inducted into the DGCR Course Baggers Hall Of Fame. The maintenance man who directed me to the course even drove up with another maintenance guy, I'm sure to show him the crazy old man who was out here braving the elements throwing discs on this miserable day!
