Behind #12's basket, there are two separate paths. Follow the path on the right to get to #13. The path to the left is a long walk that eventually ends halfway down the fairway for #14.
Do your best not to go long here in the spring or summer. There's a huge amount of poison ivy behind the basket that makes retrieving a disc almost impossible.
