Shorter with some technical holes amongst open fields and old growth maples. Located next to the Skagit River which comes into play on some holes along the river. The layout is very tight for 18 holes, a lot of fairways / baskets are close to one another. No map, but many baskets are marked with red ribbon to indicate where the next tee is. Popular with dog walkers so be cautious when throwing.

I-5 to exit 225. Head east on George Hopper Rd. for .2 miles to a right onto S Burlington Blvd. Continue for .3 miles to a slight right onto Whitmarsh Rd. Turn left at the intersection to stay on Whitmarsh and the parking lot is .6 miles ahead on the right just around the curve past the railroad bridge. First tee is right next to the parking lot on the soccer field side.
