Pros:
After 18 holes across the street at Jared Hilton Memorial DGC we felt compelled to get 36 holes on the day and give Winfrey Memorial DGC a go as well.
What super fun course...we laughed and enjoyed the entire first run. We had such a great time on this course and drove away satisfied.
The course started out by the outfield fence by the parking lot with 3 quirky holes on the park side then crosses the street to the rest of the course. Nice signage and tee pads, a couple short ace run holes and a water hazard thrown-in for a laugh. Ample amount of trees to make it interesting, stunning views in a lightly forested up and down terrain. We used our mid-range discs for the majority of the course. No big arms needed on this one. I absolutely had the most fun playing DG at this course than anywhere thus far. Maybe it was the company I was with or the course...probably both! Pro's most likely will yawn playing this course but for those not super serious and just wanting a fun beautiful course to work on your game then this is one for you. Am I coming back?...YUP, absolutely!
Cons:
Bathrooms and parking only at the main park.
A few holes have vehicle traffic and baseball field fence breaching potential (1, 2, 3 and a couple holes on the back 9.)
