Zone: Most Unique disc ever??

and yes i do love the zone. but nowhere in any of my posts did I knock any of these other discs. everyone has there discs they love. i just dont think there is anything as unique as the almighty ZONE

Its funny to me that you shot down truly innovative molds because they flew somewhat like another disc. I have pointed out that the zone looks and or flies similar to other discs and that there is really nothing out of the norm abt it. Yet you cannot admit it isnt as grand as you thought

Throw an XD and you will feet the same as you do about the Zone.....

It is the most useful disc made. period. hands down. forehand or backhand. what truly innovative disc did I shoot down?

This is all just your opinion, everyone has different disc's that thay think this about. Mine is the XD....

indeed, the esp zone is a unique disc. for a 'putter' it feels and throws like a buzzz, you cannot turn it over, it holds a sidearm line like no other disc with the same speed, you can pretty much close your eyes and park approach shots with it.

however, the sinus ap kicked the zone out of my bag.... same great over-stability, very low flat profile, it has a radar on it for the basket, holds lines like nobody's business, has the unique thumb pads that help on wet days... but what i like about it most is the 'feel', that great, broken in grippy feel zero plastic that seems to give a player more 'touch'...

the weight distribution on the sinus ap feels a lot more comfortable, imo, and i feel as though i can throw it as hard and as far as anything else out there and it never disappoints.

Yeah mine would be jls way better than a zone any day and id say its even more unique.

How is the glide on the Sinus???

now im curious. a friend of mine picked one up at BG ams. does it forehand like a zone?

Unique? That can me uniquely bad...so I am going with a Groove for the win. Still in production. Not intended to be gimmicky. Strange rim. Terrible flight.

Yep...I think the Groove is the most unique disc. Its awfulness is unparalleled.

No I use a Wizard for putting. Lets face it the Zone is a slow Mid....

yes they are unique. but that is falling more into the gimmick side of things. do you see anybody using them? I guess i should have been more specific.
I've seen people putt with Jujus. :| And putt well too, actually.

Yeah, I think of it more as a slow mid too.

comparable to a champ rhyno i would say, although it seems to fly and hold a line with less effort throwing it, and of course by it being 'swedish plastic' it does seem to stay in the air a little bit longer than discs of the same type! ;

the disc just feels more 'athletic' to me (if you can relate to that!) than the rhyno or zone. the zone is an amazing all around disc, and i still have a couple, but the sinus ap feels as if it was born to be in my bag.

the discs beat up pretty good but they stay very overstable and predictable.

The steady ed discs are the most unique imo. Don't know of any discs out there beside the twin set that have a persons ashes in them. What discs were those anyway? Anyone?
