I would just like to inform everyone of the HORRIBLE customer service I recieved today from Discgolfcenter.com. I got a call from them today and was informed that my Buzzz I ordered had been returned to them through the mail, OVER 30 DAYS from the order. I was very polite and asked Wade (Real A-hole) if he could send it in a faster method since I had waited so long. He told me no and we argued for a while about this. After a while, I told him that they had lost me as a customer and just to send the disc back. He said that he didn't want to send it to me anymore and that he wanted to sell it to someone else so that they didn't have to pay shipping again. I had to fight with him for 5 minutes to actually send me the disc I already paid for!

Needless to say, I will never be ordering for them again. Does anyone have a good site to order from? Thanks.
 
They don't have everything that you're probably looking for but Hero Discs (Innova's Japanese Cousin) was incredibly cool when I dealt with them. They completely made up for the mistake that happened.
 
I live near Disc Nation and the people there have always been cool. They usually have a pretty good selection and decent prices. www.discnation.com
 
That sucks cause I love that company. Maybe try Prime Discs? Sorry to hear about your situation. You did get your disc though right?
 
Wow, never had a problem with DGC. They sent me the wrong disc not long ago (millennium orion LS 150 class died) (ended up being 171g). I negotiated a plain sirius 150 class and they sent it and a prepaid mailer right away. ($1 difference negative against them too)

If you gotta move on Marshall street rocks, disc golf values is good, prime discs is good and gotta go gotta throw is good too...they give you a mini and a scorebook every order.
 
The closes thing I've ever had to a problem with DGC is colors, and even then... they were ballpark (and fortunately all the "reds" that were really pink were discs I bought my g/f, but she's still upset her R-Pro Aviar isn't really purple, more-less blue).
 
Sorry to hear about that experience, but I have always had the best customer service from Disc Golf Center. Wade even threw in a free 2009 Innova Calendar with one of my orders.
 
Weird. I've never had anything but top-notch service from any of them. My go-tos besides DGC are Marshall Street and Gotta Go Gotta Throw.

I finally did get him to budge when I told him I would be writing a nasty review on this site lol. I actually just finished a complaint with the BBB as well. He really shouldn't have screwed with me.
 
Ditto, DGC has HORRIBLE customer service!!! Sent me the wrong weight, and wasted my money. Tried to resolve the issue, but to no avail.
 
Crazy, I've had nothing but good experiences with them.
 
I order almost all my plastic from DGC.. never had an issue to speak of. Sorry you had a bad experience :(
 
just my opinion, but garbage in, garbage out, you reap what you sow, etc, but did you call him up with a sh!tty attitude putting him on the defensive? I have personally dealt with him on a couple different occasions, and have nothing but the best things to say about how they have resolved my issues, and i know at least one other friend with similar experience....

i have to agree on the marshall street and Gotta Go Gotta Throw....good places to deal with also...

I already mentioned that I was completely polite with him when I asked if he could send me the disc with faster shipping.

I'll admit, I did end up getting pretty upset with him. However, that does not excuse him trying to get me to refund the product to sell it to a "better" customer when I told him that's not what I wanted to do. That's why I'm so upset about the situation.
