Right at this moment I am trying to discover who is the earliest member who still posts on the forums.

I just found out that Stack was #3 on the DGCR forum. He is the guy who I first about DGCR from when he posted on the Charlotte forums. He didn't stay here very long, though.

The search continues...

BTW I couldn't find a way to generate a list of forum members by number so I am doing it manually, and it is tedious. Is there a way to see a list of the forum members by number?

OK, so I already answered my questions. I searched the Member List by Join Date and that gave me what I was looking for.
adlacro is #5
Jaysus is #8.
(Sky has propelled Jaysus into DGCR immortality, so he better not stop posting until platebee safely returns home... or at least has some new adventures... where is Sky?)

a lot of us were active on DGR when Tim launched but didn't migrate until later (mainly to sell). this is my 2nd account, first one was dormant for years before I came back w/this acct.

totally irrelevant I guess, just saying I recognize some people from pre-DGCR even though I don't know when they began posting here.

ZAMson, do you have a profile now in the Review section of DGCR? I can't find your name listed.
What was your first DGCR forum name?

RE: DGR. I remember when timg posted on DGR that he was starting this site, but I skimmed the thread and didn't actually join for about a month. Jaysus, Tim_the_Enchanter, Fritz and thatdirtykid must have all joined right away when timg posted because they are 8,11,12 and 18.

FWIW, #2 (cayuga) has logged in this year. Whoever it is does not post and does not review courses, but they seem to still use the site a little.

Looking at that list is kinda weird. I remember lots of user names of people who used to post. It makes me wonder if they stopped playing disc golf or just stopped posting.

Even before DGR, the PDGA message board was the original wild west of anonymous Interwebz asshatery. Anybody who was on the early PDGA message board who is still posting on disc golf message boards needs a mental health evaluation. :|

I'm glad I'm off for the summer, because my chortle when I read this would've given away the fact that I wasn't focused on the job!
A well-turned phrase, good sir!

Uh oh, I just called for an appointment.

Actually, I was glad when the PDGA Discussion Board changed to only members being able to post, so that I wouldn't waste/spend too much time there. Then I found DGCR...

Even before the PDGA message board, the usenet group rec.sport.disc was the place to be, but the asshattery wasn't nearly as bad -- although I surely contributed in that direction.

Several of us have migrated at least from r.s.d to the pdga board to here, although I missed DGR along the way. And yes, need mental health evaluations.

I play with magictenor1 and he is still active on here. He is member #117.

Also member drivinatwork designed our local nine hole course. He is on here regularly but, he does not post much. He is member #97.

Me, I am late to the game being #41,139.

Cayuga is a friend of mine although not much of a disc golfer, he was helping me test stuff prior to launching way back when. No idea if he still plays or not but I have used that account to test things in the past. I'm pretty confident he isn't active on the site (not that he ever really was).

pdga board was pretty entertaining, particularly when UPM wasn't banned. are Lyle o. Ross, pizza god, Rhett, sandalman, my hero on here?

I was not on any site until this one. Found out about it early on and have been a regular since.

Under Par Mikey has been on here. I'm sure I turned white as a sheet when I saw that, but nothing really came of it.

I don't go back to 2007 on here but 2008 isn't so bad. #2026

Adlacro and Jaysus, I honor you for your single digit DGCR numbers! Only 9 people can have such a distinction!

Three Putt, did you go by the same name on the PDGA Board?
