This is an ACE run, every time that you step on the teepad to throw. Heck, ALL holes are Ace runs. All routes are open to right and left hand throwers. No trees or water to worry about. OB is not a concern unless you decide to overpower (no need to, all levels) your shot or forget the pedestrian walkway on the right side of the hole.
Preferred route is the hyzer or straight route. Any putter will do.
I used to throw (RHBH) my putter at this basket (during a round or practice) until a good percentage of my shots dropped no more than 10 feet from the basket. Unless I go for the ace run, I now attack this hole with my mids, unless I am throwing RHFH. In those cases, I will throw my Gator or Firebird. In either case, I am getting familiar with my mids, touch on short approaches, longer (30+ feet) putts and RHFH work.
